Excerpt from today:
Finally the ten days passed by. My period was due the next day and I didn’t have a single sign that it would be coming. I went to the grocery store and bought an EPT. The Error Proof Test. If I was pregnant, I wanted to be absolutely sure.
I took the test at my parents. I was visiting my mom after she had just had surgery on her rotator cuff and just couldn’t wait until I got home to take the test. So, I sat in her bathroom and peed on the home pregnancy test. I immediately was reminded of almost exactly three years earlier when I took the pregnancy test that started it all.
I didn’t have to wait long to get my answer. There, on the EPT was a plus. I was pregnant. I stuck the test in my pocket and decided it was time to head home.
